The house also has a ground floor bathroom and ground floor cloakroom, a kitchen with dining area, a dining room, sitting room with open fire, a second sitting room, a utility, boot room and a small conservatory. Outside there is a large garden with patio, lawn and summer house, off road parking for five cars and two roadside parking spaces. With walks from the doorstep, and space for everyone to relax, Portland House is a great family cottage.

Gas AGA, electric double oven, gas hob, electric 2 ring hob, microwaves, fridge, fridge/freezer, chest freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Three cots and three highchairs on request. Off road parking for 5 cars, roadside parking for 2 cars, just outside the gates. Enclosed lawned garden with patio, pergola, furniture, BBQ and summerhouse. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 mins walk, pub 5 mins walk. Note: The second floor family suite is accessed via the king-size double, and the two rooms are separated by a curtain. Note: This owner requests a £150 refundable Good Housekeeping bond. |
